[gidcafaz] Lubuntu download

Downloading Lubuntu 18.04 is currently a mess.

18.04 is not listed here, still listing 16.04 as the latest LTS: https://lubuntu.net/downloads/

It is listed here, http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/lubuntu/releases/18.04/release/ but the Desktop installers are listed twice with nothing in the text distinguishing them.  The first is 18.04.3 and the second is the original release of 18.04.

Lubuntu 18.04 is the final release of Lubuntu based on LXDE.  It is the final release primarily focused on being usable on older computers.
