Review of the Breeze By Squad SS, Breeze By Muscle Tank, and Swiftly Breeze SS Tops.

May 23, 2018
I thought I'd do a post on the new Breeze By Squad SS, Breeze By Muscle Tank II, Swiftly Breeze SS, and compare them to each other and their very similar Swiftly counterparts. First, the Breeze By Squad Short Sleeve top, front side:

Front side of the Swiftly Breeze SS top:

The two tops laid on top of each other - they essentially are the same cut:

Both are fantastic technical, versatile, classic tops and you can't go wrong with either one. I own both styles and like them equally. I think choosing one over the other will come down to feel, the Swiftly Breeze is a bit thinner and softer imo, and aesthetics - the fabric will hang slightly different, and whether you like the obviously sporty but classic ohm-symbol pattern of the Swiftly or the performance-top-that-can-pass-as-casual-wear perforated material on the Breeze By Squad. The material has slightly different content, too:

The Breeze By Squad has a little more nylon and less polyester.

Since I am new to owning the Breeze By, one thing I can't comment on is how easily the Breeze By material snags compared to Swiftlys. Can any long time Breeze By people comment in on how you've found they hold up compared to Swiftlys?

Here is a comparison of the Swiftly Breeze SS compared to a regular SS Swiftly top. The Breeze is a little shorter and quite a bit wider than the regular swiftly. A constant issue with Swiftly tops is that they tend to ride up, especially when worn with slippery luxtreme or nulux bottoms, but the looser fit of the Breeze version combats this.

Breeze By Muscle Tank II vs. Swiftly Tank - it's slightly shorter and quite a bit roomier than the Swiftly.  I think the Breeze By Tank is a good choice for busty women that can't do Swiftly tanks and/or are looking for a technical tank with a higher neck or more back coverage. I'd love to see this come in Julep or muted blues and greens. If you're looking for a versatile technical top with more coverage this is a great option.
