A garment company is a company that processes fabric raw materials into fabric,the result of which will be sold to customers in producing a product that is apparel, a garment company must have the 3 most strong assets,namely fabric to be made into clothing,sewing machines,sewing operators.

PT Garment Cahaya Timur Garmindo is a foreign investment company engaged in the apparel manufacturing industry, located on Lingkar Luar Pantura Street, Beji village, Taman sub-district, Pemalang district, Central Java.

Purpose

• This research was conducted on August 20,2019 at PT Garment Cahaya Timur Garmindo, the company is located at Lingkar Pantura street, Beji village, Pemalang district, Central Java.

DESCRIPTION

PT Garment Cahaya Timur Garmindo is a foreign investment company engaged in the apparel manufacturing industry. The leader of PT Cahaya Timur Garmindo namely from Korea, in the PT there are female and male employees anymore. For production sites, there are 3 rooms, namely Line A, B, C, each of which has 200 employees.

1) The activity

• The activity start from 07.00 until 17.00

• The rest period from 12.00 to 13.00 ( every Monday to Thursday )

• Rest start from 11.30 to 13.00 ( every Friday )

• Every 2 weeks the employee gets 1 time overtime on Saturday and returns at 20.00

• Marketing PT Garment Cahaya Timur Garmindo prioritized exports to countries throughout the world for export purposes Amerika, Korea and Japan.

• Every staff employee who works at PT Garment Cahaya Timur Garmindo has a different job satisfaction. For example the work itself,supervision and CO-workers

• Have different work motivations. For example,performance and absenteeism.

• PT Garment Cahaya Timur Garmindo still maintains the work motivation of its employee staff.
