Xiaomi: Nezha x Transformers Optimus Prime Build

While Optimus is a Transformer, this set doesn't transform. Though it does look highly articulate.


This isn't considered bootlego as it's a real partnership between Xiaomi and Hasbro. This also isn't Xiaomi's first brick toy! Since it's a real thing though, I expect it to be expensive especially if they don't sell outside of China.

Though while it's not a real Lego Optimus Prime, the parts do resemble Lego's Technic system.

Label66 661: Transformers Optimus Prime Brick Mech Preview

So this is a new brand, and I think it's more related to the knockoff Transformers industry rather than the bootlego industry. As far as I know, the Transformers knockoff community is huge and fans are more supportive of it unlike how it is with Lego. They welcome the cheaper prices and the improving quality the knockoffs give; plus, there are also characters that are available from knockoffs but not from Hasbro (aka the ones who make the toys).

If anyone knows the design source though, as in if this is copied from someone else, let us know so we can give credit!
