PRCK 64075: Marvel Avengers Book with Minifigures Preview

Nothing new here though when it comes to the minifigures. I think I can see unique Rescue Armor but only with the face so far. I'm liking that seemingly classic-comics Thanos though.

Worth getting the book for the figs? I don't think so. Though the book itself looks good and so does that Avengers logo!

J Brand J13003: Star Wars Stormtrooper Book with Minifigures (Instant Army Collection) Preview

Haven't seen pictures though of what minifigures are included. I know though that some might prefer different figures while some might want to see the same fig for the 52 for a true army build.

Let's see though if AliExpress will be able to ship these out. Here in the Philippines, I'm still waiting for quarantine to end so that I can visit AngeloMarcus Greenhills again.

I wonder if this J Brand is related to the new G Brand; I'm willing to bet they are cause of the similarity of the brand codes.

I guess China really loved Kobe. Still hoping for a real basketball set though!

PRCK 69957: NBA Kobe Bryant Book Build with 48 Minifigures Preview

Not sure who the other minifigures in the book are just yet.

So far I'm seeing one listing in AliExpress that's going for $250. I do not recommend getting this set at that price; that's just waaaaay too much. Other sellers should start to stock up on this soon though and should decrease the price.

Also, if you're a really huge Kobe Bryant fan, buying these won't really support Kobe since these aren't legally tied to Kobe. If that matters to you, then maybe pick up one of these books and then donate to the Kobe Bryant foundation to both support Kobe and people in need!

SX Brand also has their own version of this book.

I think a preferred set from these brands would be a basketball court with minifigures. Then, brands can release sets of minifigures that comprise of the players so that collectors can display their favorite teams in a basketball match against each other. Makes more sense than a book build too.

SX Brand SX6017: NBA Kobe Bryant Minifigure Book Preview

Lots of brands really love this book gimmick that Sheng Yuan started. Also, some might see this as kinda disrespectful, which I understand, but maybe we can look at this as a tribute to Kobe. Just hoping it's not overpriced because if it was, then I guess that really would be disrespectful and basically a cash grab.

I'm also waiting for clearer and larger pictures to see who the other players are in the book!
